The Accounting Department provides reliable determination of economic targets, property inventory, responsibilities, principal amounts, calculations and other values for reporting period (month, quarter, year), as well as accuracy of receipts and expenditures distribution to reporting periods.

In order to specify the company's finance activity on its charges account (as well as in the accounting register), monitor and support accounting (financial) reports within given period, identify faults and mobilize together with other subdivisions and services of Acticon Cyprus LTD, the Accounting Department provides an economic analysis of company financial and economic activity according to business accounting records.

The main objectives of the department are complete and reliable information organization for establishing contacts with finance and tax agencies, banking institutions, investors, creditors as well as operational management; preparation and provision of accounting (financial) reports as well as all necessary company activity information, expenditure control of financial, material and manpower resources under approved standards, specifications and estimates, property availability and movement, proprietary right and obligations, timely prevention of negative facts in financial activity, resources determination and mobilization.
